Our Professional Commitment

Free from external influence, ensuring unbiased recommendations.

Scientific & Analytic Rigor

Industry best practices are applied to every review.

Clear Confident Communication

Findings are concise, actionable, and aligned with your decision needs.

Trust & Confidentiality

All client materials remain securely protected. Your confidence in the reliability of the work is our highest priority.

Conflict of Interest Assurrance

Objectivity is essential in environmental decision-making process. AA GeoEnvironmental only performs document-based technical reviews that do not influence regulatory decisions. To preserve full independence, AA GeoEnvironmental:

  • Conducts a formal COI screening prior to accepting any engagement.
  • Avoids involvement in regulatory determinations or enforcement efforts.
  • Maintains separation from public-authority decision roles.
  • Offers peer review that enhances your primary consultants and protect decision quality.
  • Field activities and regulatory submissions remain with your designated consultant of record.

This framework ensures that your team receives a neutral third-party perspective to foster more robust and justifiable results.

Focused Technical Scope

Our expertise is intentionally focused. We provide independent technical review and advisory services and do not prepare or seal engineering drawings, develop remedial designs, or act as the geologist-of-record or engineer-of-record. We offer document-centric technical review, including:

  • Geologic, hydrogeologic, geophysical, and geochemical.
  • Vadose zone, groundwater, & contaminants (PFAS) modeling.
  •  Groundwater monitoring report.
  • Geophysical and geohazard reporting.
  • Environmental site assessment (ESA) Phase I/II document.
  • Indoor air and vapor intrusion modeling.
  • Environmental QA/QC data interpretation.
  • Geostatistical and statistical data interpretation.

Clients retain their consultant of record for fieldwork, regulatory interaction, and design implementation. Our work products are intended to support your internal decisions and professional judgement. We enhance — not substitute — the core project team.

Confidentiality & Data Handling

All client materials are treated as confidential and handled in accordance with professional confidentiality standards. Received documents are managed through secure, encrypted systems. No project information is shared without explicit written consent. Digital storage and data transfers follow widely accepted cybersecurity practices. Your files are uploaded securely and stored securely.

Confidentiality agreements are available upon request prior to the exchange of sensitive or proprietary information.
